With Books.by, you can access both a digital proof of your book, and order individual printed copies to physically proof your book's printing quality.
Ordering a Printed Proof
To place an order for a printed proof, you can use the 'Author Copies' feature to order one or more individual copies of your book. These copies are printed at wholesale printing prices, and include options for both standard and express shipping.
To begin, click Author Copies > Buy Author Copies on your Books.by dashboard.
Within the Author Copies ordering page, you can add the book that you wish to order, and place an order for 1 individual copy.
Digital Proof
After uploading your PDF, you will be presented with a fully paginated view of your book's internals within the Books.by interface. This is a digital render of the fully processed, trimmed PDF version of your book's internals that will be used by our global printing network. You can review this digital proof in the browser to make sure your book has uploaded correctly, and that the page layout is as-intended.
